At Pathways, we believe that education is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare and therapy. That’s why we created Pathways Ed: a dedicated educational series led by our multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals.

Navigating health, therapy, neurodiversity, and childhood development can feel overwhelming. Pathways Ed bridges the gap between clinical insight and everyday life, giving you evidence-based, compassionate guidance directly from the therapists and specialists who practice it every day.

  1. Halloween Wearable Communication Bracelet - Make & Take Workshop

    🗓: Wednesday, Oct 14th @ 6:30-7:30pm

    📍: Attend in person at the Pathways Clinic.
    👥: 10 participants max
    💲: $50 per participant, this price includes the cost of your take-home materials
    🎃: Come learn how assistive and augmented communication (“AAC”) tools can support your child's participation, safety, and regulation. Leave with Halloween-themed wearable communication bracelets customized for your child!

    Please bring: A laptop that can connect to our clinic's WiFi and run Google Docs (if possible, please bring laptop fully charged as limited outlets are available).

    Halloween brings sensory overload, heavy crowds, and a lot of excitement. This can make it tough to rely on an iPad or traditional speech. This hands-on workshop gives you a stress-free, low-tech way to keep your child connected on Halloween night.

    • Practical Prep: Simple modelling tips, fun role-play ideas, and ways to connect visuals to their favourite Halloween shows.

Ready to register? Read this first…

Submit your registration for one of our upcoming Pathways Ed courses using the form here. If you want to register for multiple courses, you need to submit the form separately for each course you want to complete (choose your desired course(s) from the drop-down menu). Our Intake Team will receive your information and book you into the class if there is still room available.

If you are an existing client of Pathways, you will be booked into the course by our intake team and your registration fee will be collected immediately using your card on file (via our Jane clinic system).

If you are NEW to Pathways, our team will send you an intake form using your contact information provided in order to register you and allow you a secure way to enter your payment information. You will be required to enter your credit card information and your registration will not be confirmed until the fee is collected.

Registration fees are collected upon registration to hold your spot in the course. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refundable. Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled course will not be refunded but kept on your account and may be used for future courses or services.
