Helping Kids Feel Safe and Seen: Strategies for Connection and Growth 🌟

With the theme of back-to-school and navigating big emotions well underway in many households right now, we’re offering this low-cost webinar to support families in creating calm, connection, and confidence during this season of life, and beyond.

This session is facilitated by our Neurodiversity-affirming Counsellor, Erin, who specializes in supporting neurodivergent children through play, creativity, and connection. Erin brings a warm, supportive approach to counselling and is passionate about helping kids feel safe, seen, and understood — while equipping parents with tools that truly work in everyday life.

In this gentle, practical session, you’ll learn strategies to support your child through emotional storms while staying grounded yourself. Together, we’ll explore simple co-regulation practices, the role of play in building resilience, and ways to strengthen your connection with your child. You’ll also get an inside look at how counselling with neurodivergent kids is structured to foster growth, safety, and emotional awareness.

In this interactive webinar, you’ll learn practical tips for how to:
✅ Support your child’s regulation in moments of overwhelm
✅ Use co-regulation to stay calm and connected
✅ Understand the role of play and creativity in building resilience
✅ Foster emotional growth and self-understanding through safe connection

Perfect for parents of autistic and/or ADHD children, as well as those curious about what a neurodiversity-affirming approach to emotional support looks like, this webinar offers both clarity and practical tools. Whether you’re new to counselling, considering it, or simply looking for new strategies to bring into your home, this session is designed to meet you where you’re at.
